She was born and raised in Alaska and obtained her Business Management degree at University of Alaska. Yes, it’s cold there, and she’s not planning to move back. Living in San Francisco is her dream come true. When she’s not running from one property to another for her clients, she is enjoying everything California has to offer, from the food, art and music scene in San Francisco, to various wine regions all around the state.
As an experienced property owner and third-generation real estate agent, Tracy’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that all her client’s needs are met, while attaining the best rents possible with the highest quality tenants.
She donates a portion of every leasing commission earned towards the construction of new homes for families in need through a non-profit called Home-for-a-Home. So far her donations have funded several homes for families in Guatemala.
Landlords who work with her feel confident that Tracy is the right gal to get the job done!

When Aimee isn’t leasing properties, she is very active with her three young children, whom enjoy camping, swimming, tennis, gymnastics and baseball. Go Giants!
