Tracy Ballard

Tracy has been providing rental services in the Bay Area for property owners since 2009. She purchased her first property at age 22 and that’s when she discovered her passion for real estate! Tracy has owned and managed rental properties for herself and her family for the last 20+ years. This experience gives her the perspective of the property owner in every transaction.
She was born and raised in Alaska and obtained her Business Management degree at University of Alaska. Yes, it’s cold there, and she’s not planning to move back. Living in San Francisco is her dream come true. When she’s not running from one property to another for her clients, she is enjoying everything California has to offer, from the food, art and music scene in San Francisco, to various wine regions all around the state.
As an experienced property owner and third-generation real estate agent, Tracy’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that all her client’s needs are met, while attaining the best rents possible with the highest quality tenants. She donates a portion of every leasing commission earned towards the construction of new homes for families in need through a non-profit called Home-for-a-Home. So far her donations have funded several homes for families in Guatemala. Landlords who work with her feel confident that Tracy is the right gal to get the job done!
Owen Keith
Leasing Director
Owen has worked in residential real estate for more than a decade, with experience spanning residential sales, property management, appraisals, and residential leasing. He began his career in construction, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the properties that SF City Rents proudly represents. His diverse industry background provides valuable insight into every stage of the leasing process, from evaluating a property's unique features to matching it with qualified tenants.
As Leasing Director, Owen is committed to securing the highest-quality residents while making the leasing experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. He manages the leasing process from applicant screening through lease execution, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Owen works closely with both property owners and prospective tenants to ensure expectations are clearly communicated, questions are addressed promptly, and every transaction is handled professionally from start to finish.
A San Francisco resident for more than 25 years, Owen briefly left the city to attend Seattle University before returning to the Bay Area he proudly calls home. Outside of work, he is an avid Golden State Warriors fan who enjoys staying active with a daily gym routine and spending weekends exploring the Bay Area's hiking trails.
Marc Vincent is a San Francisco native who has lived in the Bay Area for most of his adult life, punctuated with stints in Europe, Seattle and New York City.
He studied International Relations at Stanford and Columbia Universities and has worked for 20+ years in corporate marketing and academic fundraising while also managing rentals, leasing, and investing in real estate.
Don’t be surprised if Marc strikes up a conversation with you about one of his big passions: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), modern architecture or the South of Spain! You’ll always receive attentive, earnest service from Marc who simply enjoys working with people.
Kristi Dixon

Originally from the East Coast, Kristi Dixon is proud to call Maryland her home state. She moved to San Francisco two decades ago and now considers herself a local.
Kristi received a bachelor’s degree in Business and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She spent semesters abroad in Venezuela and aboard the SS Universe Explorer while attending Semester at Sea. Kristi attended the Real Estate program at City College of San Francisco and earned her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2018. She has spent the past seven years working in commercial property management, overseeing both office and retail assets. Within the real estate industry, Kristi offers data analysis and firsthand insight for owners to maximize the value of their investments.
After work, you might find Kristi lifting weights, learning chess, watching soccer, or dancing to house music. Kristi has a reputation for providing her clients with a personable experience coupled with candid feedback and high-level responsiveness.

Chris Cavalier relocated to San Francisco from New York City and is proud to call SF her home of over 25+ years. Back east she practiced real estate law, then merged her passion for helping people with her sense of adventure and became a Tour Director. Eventually her love of San Francisco led her to a career in Corporate Relocation, where she has successfully helped hundreds of people find a home in The Bay Area.
In addition to her industry expertise, Chris is conscientious, ethical and empathetic. She is an active listener doing her best to ensure client satisfaction. Chris is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of the real estate market and the uniqueness of The Bay Area. Chris’s professional background as an Attorney, Relocation Counselor and Tour Director provide her with the knowledge and skills to offer property owners high level representation.
When Chris is not working or traveling, she enjoys the camaraderie of cheering on The San Francisco Giants, and the excitement of riding her motor scooter around “The City by the Bay”.
